Gave Sophia her first bath today. I was changing her diaper and she decided to pee all over herself as well so I prepped the bath and gave her one. She was already crying from diaper mess so she hadn't really stopped for the bath part. Hopefully next time will go better.
After a couple days I got used to James not being here. I got myself into a rhythm and started organizing myself and my bedroom. It's been kind of hard though at night because we think she is hitting a growth spurt and has been eating every 1-2 hours, so sleep is next to none. But as long as I sleep when she does I get more sleep and do better in the late day.
I have been browsing for part time work close by. Really cleaning my room so it actually looks cleaner and more organized. I have been getting into artwork again and have been writing more lately. I feed her whenever she cries and that has been getting better with my boobs too. Whenever I feel the little pain/tingling sensation I feed her. Or right after I give her a diaper change. She's been doing better about not screaming/crying just because she has a poo or painful gas. She has been doing a more grunt like noise- reminds me of my dad. My hair is getting longer. Those annoying bangs I cut wrong can now go into my ponytail. She also is more observant and cries less because of this. I want to take more showers now- I think this shows my organization and more willingness to make myself feel better because I have my mom to take care of her more when I want my me time. It's nice.
